These Terms of Use relate to your access and use of the Rainbow Print websites and mobile sites (termed “the Site”), along with the services and products provided by Rainbow Print, its affiliated companies, and providers.
By utilizing the Site and related tools, applications or any Rainbow Print service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with additional guidelines, restrictions, and rules that might be stated in connection to services contained within the Site.
If you use this Site on behalf of an organization, company, or other entity, you represent and adhere to these Terms of Use on behalf of said organization, company or other entity.
Rainbow Print’s products and/or services on the Site is also governed by our terms. The terms and conditions of each customer or third party working on behalf of the customer shall not apply in this case (even if Rainbow Print has not rejected them).
Rainbow Print reserves the right to make updates to these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified when updates are made by accessing our Site, so that you can agree to these updated Terms of Use.
USE OF SITE
As our customer, you can access the Site at any time and use the Site and its Contents for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and purchasing products and services through Rainbow Print.
You are unable to download, retain, use, publish, or intentionally distribute any portion or Content of the site without our permission.
You agree to use the Site and its Contents in such a manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use, local laws, and import and export regulations.
Rainbow Print does not allow for any Content to be used or copied for any unlawful use, to deframe a person, or to violate any person’s privacy rights and you agree that you will not use the Site to infringe upon copyright, trademarks, service marks or any intellectual property of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the Site to produce products that are offensive, harassing, threatening, harmful, unlawful, malicious or obscene.
Rainbow Print reserves the right to refuse content sent to Rainbow Print to process an order and Rainbow Print may end its services to accounts of customers using Rainbow Print for any and all unlawful activities.
You will obtain the appropriate permissions from third party vendors if your work contains text, images, designs, trademarks or any copyrighted work and you authorize Rainbow Print to produce Products and Services on your behalf.
By placing an order on our Site, you acknowledge the above is true and you authorize Rainbow Print to produce products and services on your behalf.
You also allow Rainbow Print the right to copy, modify, distribute, use, change and vectorize any uploaded content to be able to process your order and create products and services for you.
Should you register an account on our Site, you are bound by our terms and conditions and use of accounts. You are also responsible for protecting your password and ensuring access to your account is restricted and you are responsible for all orders placed through your registered account.
PROOFS AND MATERIALS
All proofs of work and materials that are submitted to Rainbow Print for use in creating Products and Services, shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer. Additional charges may be made for extra proofs of work that are required, as a result of alterations made by the customer. If Rainbow Print makes changes to the style, font, or layout, relating to the customer’s wants shall be subjected to additional charges on a time and materials basis.
TAX
Rainbow Print reserves the right to charge the respective sales tax charges for each state, payable to the customer upon receipt of Products and Services, whether or not the sales tax is included on the invoice or estimate.
