HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items, since each item is tailored specifically to your needs. Please double-check your sketch prior to ordering.

HOW DO I CANCEL, UPDATE OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once you submit your order, Rainbow Print will begin processing it immediately. We know mistakes happen and we will do everything possible to cancel, update, or make changes to your order. If you notice you made a mistake, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. If the order is successfully cancelled, a merchandise credit will be applied to your account. Please note that dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPMENT TO EXPRESS DELIVERY?

Once you submit your order, Rainbow Print will begin processing it immediately. Please contact our Customer Service Team to see if we are able to upgrade your shipment delivery method.

CAN I ALTER MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once you submit your order, Rainbow Print will begin processing it immediately. Please contact our Customer Service Team to see if we are able to re-route your order. Please note that dispatched orders cannot be re-routed.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

To track your order, go to your ACCOUNT and check your ORDER HISTORY; all order information, including the date and tracking number, will be there.

We pride ourselves on creating products of exceptional quality. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team; they will do everything possible to assist you.

HOW DO I REPORT AN UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE OR BILLING ERROR?

We take your privacy seriously at Rainbow Print. If you notice a transaction has been charged to your account in error, please contact our Customer Service Team to reverse the transaction.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is always FREE in the continental United States. The price shown is the price you pay. No hidden fees!

WHERE ARE YOUR PRINTING LOCATIONS?

We currently have 17 printing locations across the continental United States and are constantly working on expanding our locations.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer free delivery within 5 business days on all orders. Your order will print and ship from whichever of our 17 printing locations is closest to you.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Currently, we do not offer local pick up.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Rainbow Print is open Monday through Saturday from 6am to 10pm CST. Our printing locations are open and running 24/7.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, Rainbow Print only ships domestically across the continental United States.

DO YOU SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Rainbow Print ships to all PO Box and APO/FPO addresses within the continental United States. Please note that express shipping is unavailable for these addresses.

HOW MUCH TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Rainbow Print reserves the right to apply sales tax where applicable. Items shipped to California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington are all subject to sales tax. The tax rate is calculated based on the total selling price of each item in your shopping cart. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes.

WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?

At Rainbow Print, we take your privacy extremely seriously. Our Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the Rainbow Print website, in addition to mobile sites, applications, and additional websites owned by Rainbow Print. All information shared with Rainbow Print will be kept strictly confidential. We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third party without your consent.
To register with Rainbow Print, we require your name, mailing address, and email address. To process an online order, we also require your billing address, shipping address, phone number and credit card number.
Please note that Rainbow Print only keeps a record of your transactions and your credit card information is never stored on our website.

DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII AND ALASKA?

Yes, we ship to Hawaii and Alaska. However, this is considered a custom order so please contact us via email at info@rainbowprint.com to arrange shipment.
